My career began in the human resources industry, where I experienced firsthand the value of connecting people and organizations. Based on these experiences, I founded Mind UP in 2018 with a clear mission to connect people with opportunities and contribute to society. Today, Mind UP plays a key role in bridging Japan and the world across three areas: talent, trade, and business. We connect global talent with opportunities in Japan, while supporting international companies in entering and growing within the Japanese market.
